There is a time lag of seven days before anything we purchase goes on sale. If you have had goods stolen, please fill out the form below. We will alert all of our stores in your area to look out for and report any similar items.

We'd like to let you know that a number of our Franchises have left the Cash Crusaders Group and are now styling themselves as "Cash Xchange". Whilst we do not accept the legality of this action, for the time being Cash Crusaders no longer has any involvement in these stores.

If you experience difficulties in obtaining technical support for any DIXON, DXNPRO, JEBSON, AMBER, SANCHEZ or DOOGEE product previously purchased from a Cash Crusaders store that is no longer branded as a Cash Crusaders store please call the Cash Crusaders Repair Call Centre on 021 001 8908 during office hours, Monday - Friday between 07h30 & 16h30. Alternatively, you can send an email to appliancerepairs@cashcrusaders.co.za where our booking agent will assist you. Please note that in order to qualify for technical support, an official purchase receipt (proof of purchase) is required
